QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
How does the mobile treadmill work?
Our tricked-out Zoomies van is like a mini gym just for pups! Inside, your dog gets to stroll, trot, or zoom on a self- paced treadmill that moves only when they do—so they’re always in control. With the cozy, climate-controlled setup, it’s comfy no matter the season, and our dog-loving fitness pros make sure every session matches your pup’s energy—whether they’re in the mood for a casual walk or a full-on sprint.
What size dogs can use the service?
We accommodate dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to large dogs. Our treadmill system is adjustable and our team customizes each workout to match your dog's size, age, and fitness capabilities for a safe and effective exercise experience.
How long are the exercise sessions?
Typical sessions range from 15-45 minutes depending on your dog's fitness level, age, and energy needs. We start with shorter sessions for new clients and gradually build up duration as your pup gets more comfortable with the treadmill.
Do I need to be present during the workout?
You’re always welcome to stick around and cheer your pup on—but no worries if you can’t! Our certified pet fitness pros know just how to keep tails wagging and paws moving safely. We’ll happily fill you in after each session, so you won’t miss a thing. A lot of busy dog parents love that they can book a workout while they’re at work, running errands, or just taking a breather—because their pup still gets the exercise they need (and you get a happy, tired dog later!).
How often should my dog use the service?
We typically recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal fitness benefits, but frequency can be adjusted based on your dog's activity level, age, and specific needs. We'll work with you to create a schedule that complements your dog's lifestyle and your family's routine.
What should my pet wear?
We strongly recommend that your dog wear a harness. This helps prevent any strain or pressure on their throat, and also keeps them safely secured on the treadmill.
